A kind of system, for providing live information for a blind person, it is provided to hold a kind of information service system in real time to the position by tracking blind person and the support voice between blind person and a live streaming information service office or video communication to include video camera, the various live information services of GPS (GPS) and the blind person of mobile phone function. One information service terminal (110) includes a video camera (101,101a), an image is captured around a blind person and by wireless network, a GPS transceivers (102) and a mobile phone (103) transmission log image. One GPS (120) tracks the current location for and guiding blind person, holds information service terminal in real time by the GPS transceiver connection with information service terminal. One live streaming information service office (130) records the environment of image inspection blind person by receiving from information service terminal, check that the current location of blind person passes through the GPS transceiver connection with information service terminal, by supporting a voice call to provide the live information needed to blind person, blind person holds information service terminal.
