A hinge density textile and a gripper transporting guide apparatus of a rapier loom for weaving the textile are provided to improve a gripper band, a driving wheel and a gripper band guide plate, thereby preventing the abrasion from generating according to the friction. A rapier(6) provides the wefts between warps and has a gripper band(5) having gear teeth engaging grooves. A driving wheel(2) has gear teeth(9) engaged with the gear teeth engaging grooves so that the gripper band is driven. The driving wheels are installed at both sides of a gripper transfer plate. Gripper band transfer plates(3) are formed at upper both sides of the gripper transfer plate so that the gripper band is guided. The driving wheel is constructed by several folds of glass fiber adhered by epoxy. The gripper band is constructed by carbon. A guide member is formed at the gripper band transfer plate and has a wide front end so that the entrance of the gripper band is performed smoothly. The weft and warp are provided by 8-15 denier.
