A self-recovering method against the communication disruption between sensor nodes, and a sensor nodes with self-recovering capabilities are provided to overcome the communication trouble caused by the external factors and to raise the quality of communication by synchronizing the frequency band with the sensor node. Whether a trouble is generated or not is searched in regard to the plural frequency band allocated to each sensor node at the first process. In case of generating the trouble as a result of monitoring at each sensor node, the frequency band having good performance from plural frequency bands is searched at the second process. In case of finding the frequency band having good performance at the sensor node, the using band is changed to the frequency band having good performance at the third process. A synchronization is performed to the changed frequency band between the sensor node of changing the frequency band and other sensor nodes in the same communication environment at the fourth process. The information of changing the frequency band is transmitted to the monitoring part(110, 210, 310, 410). The confirmation signal about the frequency band change information is transmitted from the monitoring part.
