摘要

A naphthalene diimide-Zn(II) complex is provided to show high selectivity for pyrophosphate(PPi) without recognizing other anions in 100% aqueous solution and show eximer fluorescent peak at 490 nm by being coupled to the PPi, thereby being usefully used as a fluorescent chemical sensor for selectively detecting the PPi which plays an important role in signaling and energy storage in vivo. A naphthalene diimide-Zn(II) complex having selectivity for PPi is represented by a formula(1) and is prepared by reacting an intermediate compound of the naphthalene diimide-Zn(II) represented by a formula(2) with zinc nitrate, wherein the compound of the formula(2) is prepared by adding (2-aminoethyl)bis(2-pyridyl methyl)amine to naphthalene-1,4,5,8-tetracarboxylic dianhydride. A fluorescence sensor comprises the naphthalene diimide-Zn(II) complex.
