DISPLAY METHOD FOR THE STROKE ORDER OF CHINESE CHARACTERS

A method of displaying the stroke order of Chinese character is provided to normalize all the Chinese characters to a predetermined number of symbol elements irrespective of the number of strokes of the characters to display Chinese characters easily on a computer or a portable electronic device. Chinese characters are normalized to a predetermined number of letter form elements irrespective of the number of strokes of the Chinese characters. Letter form element data is shaped into a clip art or symbols displayable on a computer screen. The shaped clip art is stored in a database such that a specific program uses the clip art as font data. A time division system processes graphic symbol data to display the stroke order of a letter.
