An artificial sand beach on a tideland is provided to enjoy a sea bath by securing a water confinement space using a water confinement barrier formed to be assembled in a construction site, making a sandy beach on the bottom of the water confinement space and confining water filtered by a filter, and to utilize land effectively and to contribute to regional economic development by extending the time for sea bathing. An artificial sand beach on a tideland comprises a water confinement barrier(10) having a buried support(11) formed on the lower part and buried in a tideland, a wall(12) formed on the upper part vertically to form in a T-shape, and a coupling groove(14) and a coupling projection(13) formed on two sides to make connection construction possible to form a water confinement space, a water gate structure having a coupling groove and a coupling projection formed on two sides to form in the corresponding shape to the water confinement barrier and to make extension construction possible, a water gate installed to a drain outlet formed on a vertical wall to open selectively to discharge water if seawater becomes turbid or loses freshness with insufficient oxygen and guided in guide grooves formed on two inner sides of the drain outlet, and a screw rod installed on the upper part of the water gate and coupled with an ascending/descending handle installed to be located on the upper part of a connection wall, a filter installed on the upper part of the water confinement barrier to remove large particles through a large particle removal barrier and to adsorb and filter insects and floating particles to purify when flowing in a water confinement space, and a large particle removal barrier installed to be located toward the distant sea to remove large particles mixed in seawater before seawater flows in and provided with an ion resin fiber and a speed control member connected with an ascending/descending roller ascent/descent in an ascending/descending roller groove of a post.
