First processor calculates the continuous unit of a pilot process matrix and utilizes, and input block data are shifted from input net. Second processor calculates a final result matrix of consistent conversion by using the scheduling data of pilot process matrix. The multiplexer and output network of the consistent continuous unit of conversion export final result matrix.
