SKIN IMAGE OVERLAY AND MATCHING METHOD FOR EFFICIENCY EVALUATION OF SKIN PRODUCTS, COSMETICS, FOODS, MEDICAL SUPPLIES

A skin image overlay and a matching method thereof are provided to obtain an image at an accurate position by automatically controlling a position of a test piece by calculating errors between a previously obtained image and an image inputted from a current camera after extracting the characteristics of the previously obtained image and the image inputted from the current camera. An alpha value of a non-applied skin image stored in a database is adjusted and made to be semi-transparent(S12). The adjusted and semi-transparent skin image after applying a test piece inputted from a camera in real time is overlaid on a skin image(S14). A pre-process to remove a noise and connect a disconnection area is performed through a morphological process after converting a critical value to a binary image by setting the critical value through the histogram comparison of the applied skin image and the non-applied skin image(S20). A pore area and a position comparison point for the applied skin image and the non-applied skin image are extracted for extracting characteristics(S30). A position error of the applied skin image and the non-applied skin image is calculated by calculating a distance between the extracted position comparison points(S40). The non-applied skin image and the applied skin image are correctly matched by moving the test piece according to the position error(S50).
