A fluid production calculating device and a fluid generating apparatus are provided to miniaturize a fluid production calculating device by utilizing a method of measuring the magnetism induced by the current corresponding to the fluid production. A fluid production calculating device electromagnetic induction theory includes a wire(430) in which the current corresponding to the amount of generated fluid flow; a magnetic sensor(440) measuring the magnetism induced by the current; a fluid production calculating unit(460) calculating the amount of generated fluid through the magnetism measured with the magnetic sensor; and a protective film(450) for preventing the distortion of the magnetism generated around the wire.
