It is provided to for a compiling method of scale shift and its optimal placement of system by removal reverse effect and effectively generates code, due to the insertion of scale shift operation. One editor (108) is divided into (220) of generation device (210) and rear end. Intermediate code is produced for device, is internal representation, by the source code (109) of analysis input, the slave intermediate code of rear end produces an object code (110). It include a morphological analysis device (211), an analytical equipment (212), a semantic analysis device (213), an intermediate code generating means (214) for device. Morphological analysis device separates necessary label from source code. Analytical equipment is according to a specific grammer composition label. The meaning of analysis means to meaning to the grammer found out by analytical equipment. Intermediate code generating means generate an intermediate code from the source code generated by meaning, and analysis is average. The part of rear end includes the device (222) of a converting means (221) and a translation. Converting means converts intermediate code according to correction-writing rule, and the device of translation generates an object code, by selecting the order appropriate together for object code and distributing an order for being registered in selection.
