A method for transmitting downlink control channel in a communication system in a multi-cell condition and a method for mapping virtual resource to physical resource using block interleaver in a communication system are provided to transmit the down link-control channel at the communications system in multicell environment. In the multicell environment, the method for transmitting the down link-control channel at the communications system includes following steps. A resource element which comprises control channel element is inputted to the block interleaver. The channel controlling element is interleaved through one of the block interleaver shift operation or permutation operation. The interleaved controlling channel element is mapped to the physical resource element allocated to the controlling channel transmission. The mapped controlling channel to the physical unit resource is transmitted.
