A composition for suppressing rash of a diaper is provided to hinder an activity of an urease and skin proteinase, to prevent Candida albicans which is fungus residing habitually in skin from being bred and to lower a probability of generating the rash of the diaper by blocking reasons of the rash of the diaper. A composition for suppressing rash of a diaper contains a mixture including yuka of 5-80 weight%, rubi Fructus of 5-80 weight%, magnoliae Cortex of 5-80 weight%, scutellariae Radix of 5-80 weight% and lithospermi radix of 5-80 weight%. Peony Root is additionally mixed in the mixture. The mixture is an extract extracted with a supercritical extraction method. A disposable absorbent product contains the composition and is selected from a group consisting of the diaper, a sanitary napkin and a pantyliner.
