The present invention relates to have a compacting road surface for manufacturing ROHACELL foams. The amount of laminating adhesive required for method of the invention allows to reduce reduces absorption resin in wet filming method, while the ROHACELL foams of good mechanical property are kept. The present invention further allows using ROHACELL foams as dropping corestone when being promoted.
