OFF-LINE TEST WORKING SYSTEM IN AUTOMATION FACILITIES LINES AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF

An off-line test working system in an automation facility line and an operating method thereof are provided to perform a communication and interlock test by installing a test PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) having a program on a communication line between control panels. A distribution panel(2) includes input/output lines connected to an automation facility unit(1). A control panel(3) communicates with the distribution panel. A master PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)(4) includes a program for performing a control command by transmitting a control signal and a response signal of the automation facility unit. An integrated management controller(5) is connected to the master PLC in order to generate a command for controlling a production process. A test PLC(6) performs a test and corrects and complements program errors through the program of the master PLC in an off-line test process by intercepting communication and interlock signals of the master PLC.
