A composite of polymer cement mortar as a concrete surface finishing material and/or a concrete protection materials with water-proofing property and durability

A polymer cement mortar composite with waterproof property and durability for finishing the surface of concrete and protecting a concrete structure is provided to prevent a water leakage or the penetration of water or harmful ions by swelling polymer components in capillary pores of the polymer cement mortar although the water, ion, and oil compounds penetrate into the capillary pores. The polymer cement mortar consists of cement of 10~30wt.%; quartz sand with 60~100 meshes of 30~50wt.%; blast-furnace granulated slag of 30~60wt.%; sodium carbonate of 5~10wt.% to the weight percent of the blast-furnace granulated slag; a resin composition of 30~60wt.% to the weight percent of the mixture of cement and blast furnace slag, wherein the resin composition is formed by mixing styrene-acrylate polymer emulsion modified to secure swelling property and styrene-acryl ester polymer emulsion with good elasticity and flexibility, at the rate of 2-5:3-6; calcium carbonate of 325 meshes over 95% and added about 4~10wt.%; stearate of 4~8wt.%; and an additive like an anti-foaming agent, a thickening agent, and a dispersing agent, added less than 3wt.%.
