An apparatus for testing the performance of a fuel cell for domestic use is provided to allow a fuel cell to be used, maintained and repaired easily and to allow the abnormal operation of a fuel cell to be detected early. An apparatus for testing the performance of a fuel cell for domestic use comprises a case; a first sensor part for measuring the efficiency of electricity which is installed at the fuel supply pipe and comprises a flowmeter(222) for measuring the flux, temperature and pressure of the supplied fuel, a temperature sensor(226) and a pressure gauge(224); a second sensor part for measuring the efficiency of heat which is installed at the supply and recovery pipe of cooling water and comprises a flowmeter(236) for measuring the flux and temperature of cooling water, a cooling water temperature sensor(233) and a warm water temperature sensor(235); a third sensor part for measuring the quality of electric power which measures the voltage, current or electric power; a data converter; an electric power analyzer; and a cable.
