METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BOTTOM STRUCTURE BETWEEN FLOORS OF BUILDING USING POROUS MATERIAL FOR INSULATION AND ABSORPTION OF SOUND, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SIDE WALL STRUCTURE OF BUILDING USING THE SAME
A lightweight porous acoustic material is provided to be manufactured in a low cost and have high strength and excellent sound-absorbing and sound-insulating properties because many pores are uniformly distributed. A porous acoustic material is manufactured by mixing 78-99wt% of a main material comprising at least one powder selected from vermiculite powder and perlite powder with 1-22wt% of a foaming additive comprising a blowing agent. The main material further comprises at least one selected from cinder and a far infrared ray-emitting material. The blowing agent is any one selected from a vegetable blowing agent and at least one metal powder blowing agent selected from aluminum powder and zinc powder.
