A heat transfer fabric cloth for an advertising air-top is provided to keep an advertisement visible at night and to prevent cracks even in repeatedly folding or unfolding the fabric. The triple-layered heat transfer fabric cloth for an advertising air-top is composed of a textile layer(1) formed by treating fiber fabrics like polyester, nylon, cotton, and non-woven fabrics by water repellent and cire processes; a primer floor(2) formed by coating the textile layer with oil acryl resin and polyurethane resin, or the mixture thereof and TiO2(Titanium Oxide), silica, and calcium carbonate or the mixture thereof as a filler; and a top layer(3) formed by coating the primer floor with oil acryl resin and polyurethane resin, or the mixture thereof and the mixture of oil and an antistatic agent as an additive.
