A voltage measurement module for measuring the voltage of a plurality of cell of a fuel cell stack is provided to improve the resistance against external vibration and to enhance contact reliance. A voltage measurement module comprises a plurality of voltage measuring terminals with a pin spring which are arranged at regular intervals by a frame; a fixing panel which fixes the back part of the each voltage measuring terminal; and a PCB substrate which is connected with the plurality of voltage measuring terminals. Preferably a probe(20) is combined to the plurality of voltage measuring terminals elastically by an internal pin spring, and a contact head(22) in direct contact with the graphite plate of a fuel cell stack(10) is combined to the end of the each probe.
