A Bluetooth handsfree kit for a vehicle and a Bluetooth handsfree system having the same are provided to allow a user to use a handsfree function without having to connect an electronic device such as a mobile phone or an MP3 player to an input/output terminal of a vehicle handsfree module. An RF transmitter/receiver(120) performs radio communication with an electronic device. A Bluetooth conversion unit(110) converts an audio signal transmitted or received via the RF transmitter/receiver(120) according to Bluetooth standards. An audio input/output unit(140) converts a digital signal outputted from the Bluetooth conversion unit(110) into an analog signal and transmits the analog signal to an input/output terminal(12) of a vehicle handsfree module, or converts an analog signal inputted via the input/output terminal(12) of the vehicle handsfree module into a digital signal and transmits the digital signal to the Bluetooth conversion unit(110). A key input unit(150) inputs a user manipulation signal to the Bluetooth conversion unit(110).
