A nonlinear silicone compound, a method for preparing an oligomer probe array by using the compound, and an oligomer probe array prepared by the method are provided to reduce the effect of a solvent in case of sol-gel reaction, thereby decreasing self-aggregation and increasing fluorescence intensity. A nonlinear silicone compound is represented by the formula, wherein A is a specific aromatic group or an aromatic group protected with a photolabile group or an acid-labile group; R1, R2 and R3 are H, CH3, -OCH3 or a halogen atom but at least one of them is CH3, -OCH3 or a halogen atom; l is 2-10; and m is 1-5. An oligomer probe array is prepared by providing a substrate; forming an active layer on the substrate; and forming a silicone compound layer on the substrate by using the silicone compound of the formula.
