Provided is a textile for use in a placard treated with a labeling solution to achieve vivid color development and to prevent spreading of ink without using silica, thereby providing a high quality placard that is safe from a secondary environment contamination. The textile(10) for use in a placard in a form of a roll is guided through a guide roller(31) to an immersion roller(33) which is placed in an immersion bath(32) filled with a labeling solution(20) to make the labeling solution(20) adsorbed onto both sides of the textile(10). The textile(10) goes through a pair of rollers(34) disposed at the upper part of the immersion bath(32), so that a proper amount of the labeling solution(20) is applied on both sides of the textile(10). Then, the textile(10) goes through a drying chamber(35) located next to the immersion bath(32), and the dry textile(10) is rolled again.
