THE METHOD TO PROVIDING THE FITTEST PHONE CALL PAYMENT TO MOBILE PHONE'S USER AND IT'S SYSTEM

A method for supplying an optimum call payment service to a user of a mobile communication terminal and a system are provided to enable a provider to recommend an optimum call payment system suited for a user's call patterns and call inclination for the user of a terminal, so that the user can change the payment system in real time or regardless of time within set time, thereby realizing charge-saving effect. A user's call inclination and call patterns are checked for the first period through wireless communication with the user's mobile communication terminal(10), and the checked results are stored in a mobile communication provider server(20). The stored call inclination and pattern information is transmitted to a charge-saving system server(40). The server compares/analyzes with payment system information of a mobile communication provider based on the transmitted information, and transmits an optimum payment system in accordance with the user's call patterns to the user in every second period through an SMS(Short Message Service).
