THE POUR POINT LOW AND LUBRICATION CHARACTERISTIC EXCELLENT OIL MIST A PROCESS COMPOSITES

A mist oil composite with low pour point and good lubrication characteristic is provided to prevent rust and corrosion of a processing machine and processing materials generated by chips stuck on the processing material or oxidation. A mist oil composite with low pour point and good lubrication characteristic consists of 1-decene, dimer, hydrogenated synthetic hydrocarbon base fluid of 20.0wt.% with ISO VG(International Organization for Standardization Viscosity Grade) of 10.0~20.0, 1,2,4-benzetricarboxylic acid of 20.0wt.% with ISO VG of 200~220, diisotridecyl adipate of 56.0wt.% with ISO VG of 25.0~30.0, phenol, isopropylated phosphate of 1.0wt.% with ISO VG of 30.0~35.0, and trimethylolpropane trioleate of 3.5wt.% with ISO VG of 45.0~48.0. All components are mixed at 15~40deg.C and 50~100 RPM(Revolution Per Minute) for 30 minutes. A specific corrosion and discoloration preventing functional additive is produced by pouring and stirring diisotyl adipate of 70wt.%, benzotriazole of 20wt.%, and methyl-1H-benzotriazole of 10wt.% at 30~50 RPM in a reactor and reacting the stirred materials at 20~80deg.C for 30 minutes. The functional additive of 0.5wt.% is added to the mist oil composite.
