An one body type high tension closing power-receiving/switching board having a bypass circuit is provided to stably supply power to a load side requiring emergency power supply by a sub automatic transfer switch in case of an error or checking of a main automatic transfer switch. An one body type high tension closing power-receiving/switching board having a bypass circuit comprises a receiving board(1a), a switching board(1b), and an automatic transfer switch. The receiving board and the switching board are installed in a housing. The automatic transfer switch is installed between an emergency power line(32) connected to a normal power supply line(31) and a generator(2) and an emergency load(39b). The automatic transfer switch includes a main automatic transfer switch(33) and a sub automatic transfer switch(34) to receive power through the normal power supply line or the emergency power supply line and supply the power to the emergency load.
