A temporary bridge and a temporary across road using a snap-fit type fabricated pipe member and a snap-fit type fabricated deck made of a fiber reinforced composite material and having a hollow section are provided to perform temporary construction and dismantlement works of a temporary bridge and a temporary access road simply and quickly, and to reduce the labor, time and cost required for the works. A temporary bridge(1) is formed by arranging a snap-fit type fabricated pipe member(10) made of a fiber reinforced composite material and having the diameter corresponding to the installation height of a temporary bridge to make the hollow section face the transverse direction of the temporary bridge, and installing a snap-fit type fabricated deck(20) made of a fiber reinforced composite material on the upper part of the pipe member, and a temporary access road is formed by arranging a snap-fit type fabricated pipe member made of a fiber reinforced composite material and having the diameter corresponding to the installation height of a temporary access road to make the hollow section face the perpendicular direction to the proceed direction of the temporary access road, and installing a snap-fit type fabricated deck made of a fiber reinforced composite material on the upper part of the pipe member, wherein the deck is manufactured by assembling flat panels composed of an upper plate, a lower plate and a web plate and having a polygonal hollow section, and the pipe member is attached with a tension member in the diameter direction to prevent deformation caused by surcharge load when the pipe member is used in substitution for a pier or the construction ground for the temporary across road and pressed by compressive strength due to the surcharge load.
