HOLLOW CORE BEAM USING THE U-TYPE PRECAST CONCRETE BOX, CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND CONNECTION THEREOF

A hollow beam using a U shaped PC(precast concrete) box, a construction method thereof, and a connection structure thereof are provided to simplify the scene work and to reduce the installation cost by installing the U shaped PC box and rod shaped lightweight forming agents. A hollow beam using a U shaped PC(precast concrete) box comprises a U shaped PC box(210), rod shaped lightweight forming agents(220), and a filling concrete(250). The U shaped PC box has lower beam reinforcing bars(211) and beam stirrup reinforcing bars(230). The rod shaped lightweight forming agents are placed in the U shaped PC box. The rod shaped lightweight forming agents are embedded in the filling concrete. The beam stirrup reinforcing bars are arranged with more than 3 rows to a width direction of the U shaped PC box. The rod shaped lightweight forming agents are arranged with more than 2 rows and placed between vertically standing-installed parts of the beam stirrup reinforcing bars. The upper beam reinforcing bars are bonded with the beam stirrup reinforcing bars of the U shaped PC box. The U shaped PC box includes truss assembled reinforcing bars(240).
