METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MICRO-SATELLITE SEPARATION TEST

An apparatus for a micro-satellite separation test is provided to accomplish technical independence and localization of satellite separation technology. An apparatus for a micro-satellite separation test includes a satellite separation test stand(2), a satellite simulator(3), a drop impact absorption structure(4), a high speed camera(5), a signal collector(6), a separation command device(7), and a satellite separation speed and angular speed calculation software(8). The satellite separation test stand is coupled to a satellite separation apparatus. The drop impact absorption structure absorbs drop impact of the satellite simulator. The high speed camera measures the satellite separation speed. The separation command device outputs a separation signal to the satellite separation apparatus. The satellite separation speed and angular speed calculation software calculates a separation velocity and a separation angular velocity by analyzing the signals.
