A method and a system for analyzing welding deformation of panel lines in real-time are provided to quantify a precision error caused by the welding deformation regardless of data accumulation or applicability to a part difficult to be measured, evaluate the deformation of other faces except a formed face quantitatively, and measure effect after a process. A longe welding measuring/storing device(100) measures and stores current, voltage, and speed by each torch. A face-except deformation measuring/storing device(110) measures and stores deformation of other faces except the face of each torch. An equivalent load database(120) calculates and stores equivalent load for an FEM(Finite Element Method) by combining results stored in the measuring/storing devices. An FEN(Finite Element Network) generator(140) generates an FEN by using shape information, and welding order, and panel/longe information. An FEM input file generator(150) generates an input file for the FEM by analyzing the FEN. An FEM result calculator(160) performs the FEM and extracts face-except deformation data by analyzing the input file.
