A DEVICE FOR INSULATING MODULAR FEEDWATER PIPES AT STEAM GENERATOR CASSETTE NOZZLE OF INTEGRAL REACTOR

A device for insulating modular feedwater pipes at a steam generator cassette nozzle of an integral reactor is provided to secure flow stability by minimizing heat transmission from high temperature steam to the modular feedwater pipe and preventing deterioration of steam quality of the high temperature steam. A device for insulating modular feedwater pipes(110) at a steam generator cassette nozzle of an integral reactor includes a plurality of modular feedwater pipes, a feedwater pipe support unit(150), and an insulation cover(140). The plurality of modular feedwater pipes transmit secondary cooling water supplied through a feedwater nozzle(10) to a steam generator cassette. The feedwater pipe support unit has a circular cross sectional hollow unit inside a body and a plurality of through units. The plurality of modular feedwater pipes are inserted into the hollow unit. The plurality of through units are formed on an outer circumference of the hollow unit in a longitudinal direction and used as modular steam pipes(120). The insulation cover covers an outer surface of the feedwater support unit exposed to high temperature steam discharged through the plurality of modular steam pipes.
