A lenticular liquid crystal shutter for displaying the 2D(Dimensional)/3D images and a display device having the same are provided to selectively transmit or intercept the 2D/3D polarized images without a separate LC shutter. A pair of transparent electrodes(20) for applying the voltage are arranged between a pair of transparent substrates(10). A lenticular shutter includes a lenticular layer formed between the both transparent electrodes. A liquid crystal shutter layer is formed at the light exit side of the lenticular layer. The lenticular layer includes plural optical patterns(31a) with an arc cross-section shape. The liquid crystal shutter layer includes an alignment layer coated on the surface of the lenticular layer and the surface of the transparent electrode. A liquid crystal(33a) is formed and aligned between the both alignment layers. The 2D or 3D polarization light beam is selectively transmitted or intercepted at the lenticular shutter so that the selected image is transmitted to a viewer.
