An apparatus for drying agricultural and marine products by forcibly blowing a hot wind heated by a heater into agricultural and marine products loaded in a drying room is provided to shorten the drying time and to minimize the internal heat loss of the dryer by removing only moisture from waste warm air and recirculating preheated waste warm air. An apparatus(1) for drying agricultural and marine products comprises: a drying room(10) with an entrance or exit and a drying rack(14); a heater installed on the upper left side of the dying room and generating a hot wind by heating circulating air; a hot wind transfer path(18) divided by a barrier wall(22) with a plurality of blow holes(24) and installed with a plurality of air circulating fans(20); a circulating waste warm air transfer path(26) divided by an inner and outer reverse barrier wall(28,29) and circulating waste warm air; a freezer(30) installed at the upper center of the drying room and connected with a water outlet pipe(31); and a temperature compensation heating coil(32) installed on one side of the freezer and preheating circulating dried air.
