An online network based unit for guiding specialized geographic information is provided to send specialized geographic data related to a particular situation in which a user is involved by a specialized geographic data guide managing module, and to upload automatically a geographic map edited by the user online by an edited geographic data online registration processing module. An online network based unit for guiding specialized geographic information comprises a specialized geographic data guide managing module(110) installed in an information processing device and selectively communicating with a specialized geographic data managing server as well as managing overall geographic data providing process, a specialized geographic data saving buffer(150) and a specialized geographic property data saving module(140), a specialized geographic data request/receive processing unit(160) by the request from a geographic information providing unit(10,200), accesses the specialized geographic data property information saving module and requests and receives the concerned geographic data and saves the received specialized geographic data to the specialized geographic data saving buffer, and a specialized geographic data output module(170) for selectively extracting the data saved in the specialized geographic data saving buffer and outputting the data to the geographic data providing unit. An edited geographic data online registration processing module(180) receives a geographic data edited by a user, and automatically registers the edited geographic data to the specialized geographic data managing server, and also transmits the edited geographic data to the geographic information providing unit.
