An unmanned substation warning system and a method for controlling warning of an unmanned substation are provided to inform abnormal state in a control facility to a manager promptly through voice or character. A MPU(Main Processing Unit)(10) controls input/output of external devices. An SMS(Short Message Service) apparatus(11) sends warning letters or voice in case of each situation in the MPU. A display device(12) displays function setting or corresponding situation according to the result of the MPU. A speaker apparatus(13) makes sound warning in case of abnormal situation. A motor pump control apparatus(16) controls a number of motors(15). An interface(17) monitors state in a PC. A remote controller chip controls the motors remotely.
