A device for reinforcing a head of a steel pipe pile for foundation work is provided to prevent a vertical connecting bar from falling by supporting a vertical connecting bar using a bar supporting member, to promote the convenience on construction by moving and fixing a vertical connecting bar easily using a simple structure of a bar supporting member, to cut down on construction expenses by reducing the number of the components used and to shorten a period of construction by simplifying a structure and improving work efficiency. A device for reinforcing a head of a steel pipe pile for foundation work comprises a support plate(110) formed in the disk shape correspondingly to the inside shape of a steel pipe pile(100) and provided with many coupling holes to be installed at the appointed depth, many hanger bars(120) coupled to each coupling hole of the support plate and provided with a hook(122), many bolt members(130) coupled to each pin hole(102) perforated on the outer circumference of the steel pipe pile radially and suspending the hook of the hanger bar to support the support plate, a nut(140) coupled on the end of the bolt member to prevent the separation of the hook, many strip type bar supporting spacers(150) located on the upper part of the bolt member and provided with through holes, and a bar supporting member(160) inserted to the through hole of the bar supporting spacer and fixed with a vertical connecting bar(200) to support the vertical connecting bar not to fall down. Hereon the bar supporting member comprises a body formed to have the outside diameter correspondingly to the inside diameter of the through hole of the bar supporting spacer and inserted to the through hole, a hanging head formed on the top of the body in one to make the body suspended on the through hole, and a bar penetrating hole formed to have the larger inside diameter than the diameter of the vertical connecting bar to support the vertical connecting bar not to fall down.
