Offering Method of Navigation Risk of Ship and System Thereof

A method and a system for providing navigation risk of a ship are provided to inform the ship of the navigation risk by estimating a navigation path with ship information extracted from a satellite image and calculating the navigation risk based on the estimated navigation path. A maritime information obtainer(51) collects the ship information, such as a current location, specification, a course, and speed of the ship, extracted from the satellite image and maritime information, which includes fog, current, a wave height, wind, and topology of the ocean. A simulator(52) estimates an expected navigation path of the ship by using the collected information. A navigation risk extractor(53) calculates the navigation risk of the ship sailed to a simulated location by using the collected information, and a risk notifier(54) transmits the calculated navigation risk to the ship.
