A circuit breaker of a street light for flooding prevention is provided to reduce a physical loss and a time loss by protecting an internal electric device when a lower part of the street light is submerged. A circuit breaker of a street light for flooding prevention includes a lifting unit(20), an upper rotation unit(30), a lower rotation unit(40), a pushing plate(60). The lifting unit is coupled to a switch and turns on/off the switch. An upper wire is connected to an upper part of the upper rotation unit. An end of a lower wire is coupled to a lower part of the upper rotation unit. The upper wire coupled to a lower part of the lifting unit is coupled to an upper part of the lower rotation unit. The other end of the lower wire is coupled and rotated with a lower part of the lower rotation unit. The pushing plate is installed to have a gap on an upper part of a leakage test button. An end of a pushing plate wire is coupled to the pushing plate. A pushing plate adjusting unit is coupled to the other end of the pushing plate wire. The pushing plate compresses the leakage test button by a rotation. A guide unit is formed on the lifting unit. A guide bolt is inserted into the guide unit and is coupled to the switch.
