System and its method for transferring gamer's game property to other game server under security configuration of multiple game server

A game server transfer system of game property, and a game server transfer method of the game property are provided to offer transfer service of game property by updating a property database regardless of game progression. A game property transfer request is received from a terminal device of a gamer(S10). The game property data is sealed to be stored in a game property DB(S20). The terminal device of the gamer selects game property transfer management, and receives a game server list to select a new game server(S40,S50). If the new game sever is selected, the input for payment information required to transfer the sever is requested(S60). If the payment is approved, the sealing of game property data is released, and then the transfer of the game property to the sever is completed(S70).
