A system and a method for arranging and managing location of an exhibition, and a program recording medium thereof are provided to install the preferred exhibition of visitors by receiving exhibition selection information from the visitors and assigning the priority for installing the exhibition based on a counting result of the exhibition selection information. An information transmitter transmits the information on celebrities joining the exhibition and/or celebrity exhibition installation information to client terminals. An information receiver receives the exhibition selection information from the client terminals. An information classifying/counting part(115) classifies the received exhibition selection information into each exhibition and counts the number of clients wanting to visit each exhibition. An information processor(120) assigns the priority for locating the exhibition or arranges the exhibition to important places in order of the number of clients wanting to visit the exhibition based on a counting result. An information storing part links/stores client information and the exhibition selection information to a storage medium(130). An information transmitter transmits the client information stored in the storage medium to a terminal of an exhibition manager and/or the celebrities.
