RUBBER DAM FOR DISCHARGE DEPOSIT AND REGULATION WATER LEVEL

A flexible weir for regulating the water level and discharging deposits is provided to discharge deposits and bottom water toward a discharge pipe by guiding the flow of water from the upper stream, and to prevent the corrosion and breakdown of a water gate valve by installing a water gate valve in a housing and concealing from water and floating matters. A flexible weir(10) for regulating the water level and discharging deposits comprises a foundation(30) constructed across a river in width, many reservoir bodies(40) arranged along the width of a river at regular intervals and installed on the foundation, a rubber tube(20) installed between the reservoir bodies along the width of a river and expanded or contracted to stand up or to overturn by injecting or exhausting air using an air supply device to limit the flow of river water or to make the flow of river water freely, a discharge pipe(60) buried under the lower part of the reservoir bodies to form a flow passage in the upper stream and the lower stream, a water gate valve installed to the downstream end of the discharge pipe and fixed to a rear wall of the reservoir body to control the opening and closing of the discharge pipe, a flow passage(50) installed on the foundation at the appointed height along the width of a river and guiding the flow of water and the deposits flowing out from the upper stream to be discharged toward the discharge pipe, and a housing installed to the rear wall of the reservoir body and provided with a cover having a water gate valve within to cut off the inflow of floating matters and water toward the water gate valve when water flows over the rubber tube.
