A micro-prism type self-reflective sheet uniformly enhancing the brightness and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to increase totally the brightness by attaching a protecting film to a bottom surface of a base film without breaking a micro-prism structure. A micro-prism type self-reflective sheet uniformly enhancing the brightness includes a base film(100). A plurality of prisms(180) are formed at a bottom surface of the base film. A top surface of an adhesive agent layer is attached to a bottom vertex of the micro-prism. The top surface of an adhesive agent layer(8200) is formed along a line formed along bottom vertexes(188) of micro-prisms. A bottom surface of the adhesive agent layer is attached to a top surface of a protecting film(200). The protecting film is made of fabric material. A minute embossing is formed at a surface of a release paper. After an adhesive agent is inserted between the protecting film and an embossing surface of the release paper, the protecting film and an embossing surface of the release paper are pressed to form the embossing at a surface of the adhesive agent attached to the protecting film.
