Stone wall infrastructure and the American made stone wall spatial-temporal method

A stone wall structure is provided to be constructed simply and economically regardless of the shape of a slope by fixing a set anchor to the rear of decorative stones and connecting a steel beam and a set anchor directly using a coupler. A stone wall structure comprises decorative stones arranged in a row on the ground, a set anchor(20) inserted into the decorative stone, where a cut piece(22) is fixed inside by pushing a washer(21) by rotating a nut(N), and provided with a spiral(S'), a slope(10) formed on the backside of the ground with the decorative stones arranged and provided with a perforated hole(30), a steel beam(40) inserted to the perforated hole of the slope and provided with a spiral(S"), a support beam(60) provided with a spacer(50) fixed to the steel beam to make the steel beam fixed to the center of the perforated hole and a wire(W) to fix the spacer and the steel beam, grouting placed in the perforated hole with the support beam inserted, a fixed beam(100) formed by coupling the spiral of the steel beam and the spiral of the set anchor using a coupler after curing the grouting, and a coupler(80) composed of a primary coupler(81) connected with the spiral of the set anchor and a secondary coupler(82) connected with the spiral of the steel beam. The American made stone wall construction method comprises the steps of pit-excavating to the appointed depth and arranging decorative stones on the ground, placing concrete in the pit-excavated part, inserting a set anchor to a fixing hole(H) of the decorative stone, perforating a hole on a slope using a boring machine such as a screw auger, inserting a steel beam in the perforated hole of the slope together with a spacer, placing grouting in the perforated hole, coupling the steel beam and the set anchor using a coupler, and forming a covering layer by placing concrete on the exposed part between the decorative stone and the slope.
