Natural air drying and low temperature storage facilities for paddy are provided to remove quality change of paddy and to promote long-term storage by storing paddy regardless of an outside temperature. Natural air drying and low temperature storage facilities for paddy include: an insulating storage tank(100) having an airtight space formed by an insulating material; plural dry stores(200) installed in the insulating storage tank, and having a paddy inlet member(210) and a paddy outlet member(220); a drying unit supplying a natural air to the inside of the dry store, and having a blow pipe(300), a blower(320), and a moisture discharge hole(340); and a cooling unit supplying the cooled air to the dry store and circulating the cooled air in the insulating storage tank, and having a freezing unit cooler(400), a temperature sensor(410), and a control unit(420).
