An automatic setting system of pass schedule in a reverse cold rolling mill is provided to perform the rolling operation accurately and consistently through a PC-based automatic pass schedule setting system by collecting production data on principal factors having a large influence on product quality while a rolling operation is conducted in the reverse cold rolling mill, thereby performing adjustment of pass schedule, i.e., correction of the pass schedule based on the production data. An automatic setting system of pass schedule in a reverse cold rolling mill comprises: allowing a PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) for processing various controls and data to receive data on principal rolling conditions of the reverse cold rolling mill detected through varieties of sensors mounted on a reverse cold rolling mill; transmitting the data received into the PLC to a PC(Personnel Computer) through a signal converter for data collection; connecting the a signal converter for automatic setting to an automatic pass schedule setting system; and connecting the automatic pass schedule setting system and the signal converter for data collection a data collecting system, a process control system and a customers' PCs through a control system network hub to store various data in the data collecting system and display the various data through HMIs(Human Machine Inferfaces) of the customers' PCs at the same time. The automatic setting system of pass schedule in a reverse cold rolling mill is a system for automatically setting the pass schedule using a method for determining whether to perform a next operation or perform a present rolling process again by checking whether to instruct an additional operation or not after storing into an automatic operating time database a process and a time required until the operation is completed through various steps including an operation instruction receiving step, a pass schedule calculating step, and a pass schedule transmitting step.
