PURPOSE: A reusing method of Zn-Cr electroplating wastewater by treating COD and heavy metal ion in wastewater with evaporator system is provided. CONSTITUTION: Thickened water which contains COD and condensed water which contains heavy metal ion by evaporating COD and heavy metal ion in Zn-Cr electroplating wastewater using evaporator system. The condensed water is used for plating washing water and the thickened water is used for plating water. The vacuum rate of evaporator system is -500 to -600 mmHg and the temperature of electroplating wastewater is 70 to 80 deg.C. The amount of electroplating wastewater is 10 to 20 L/hr and the operation pressure of the front and the back of circulation pump is 0.5 to 0.6 kg/cm¬2 and 2.0 to 2.5 kg/cm¬2.
