A composition method for upper and lower lightweight composite walls and a concrete floor slab of a lightweight composite system using a pre-installed anchor is provided to shorten a period of construction by reducing the time required for curing a floor slab, and to secure the sufficient in-plane stiffness of a joint against horizontal load by connecting upper and lower walls. A composition method for upper and lower lightweight composite walls and a concrete floor slab of a lightweight composite system using a pre-installed anchor the steps of: installing an anchor(50) such as a fully threaded bolt to the upper part and erecting a lower lightweight composite wall panel(10) placed with inner filler(13) on the foundation; placing floor slab concrete on the upper part of the lower lightweight composite wall panel and curing the slab for three days; installing fixing tracks(40) according to the interval of anchors, inserting a washer plate(41) to the anchor and tightening with a nut, and fixing the fixing track to a floor slab(20), and pouring non-shrinkage mortar to the fixing track and leveling, and then curing; and inserting an upper lightweight composite wall panel(30) into the fixing track, and integrating the upper lightweight composite wall panel with the fixing track by screwing or welding at the side.
