A patch for extracting an interstitial glucose is provided to measure an accurate blood sugar value by increasing an S/N ratio of the electricity quantity generated by an electrochemical reaction of the interstitial glucose in an intercellular fluid through blocking electrical shortage caused by materials emitted from skin such as sweat. An apparatus for measuring the interstitial glucose is provided to measure the glucose stably without the electrical shortage and also measure the glucose with high S/N ratio. A patch for extracting an interstitial glucose comprises an electrode film(10), which includes two extraction electrodes(11,12) having two ion-conductive mediums(20) which contains an enzyme reacted with the glucose to generate a chemical signal, a detecting portion(16) formed at a position respectively corresponding to the ion-conductive mediums, and a connection portion(17) extended from the detection portion to be connected to an electricity quantity measuring portion measuring the quantity of electricity, a working electrode(13), a counter electrode(14) and a reference electrode(15), each having the detection portion and the connection portion connected to the electricity quantity measuring portion, and is characterized in that each of the connection portions of the extraction electrodes, working electrode, counter electrode and reference electrode is coated by an insulation film(18). An apparatus for measuring the interstitial glucose comprises the patch for the interstitial glucose extraction, an electricity quantity measuring portion electrically connected to the electrodes of the patch, a monitor portion connected to the electricity quantity measuring portion, and a control portion respectively controlling the patch, the electricity quantity measuring portion and the monitor portion. Further, the insulation film is selected from a group consisting of polyethyleneacetate, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate and silicon oxide.
