MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HIGHLY EFFICIENT AND POLUTION FREE EMULSION OIL MADE FROM HEAVY OIL AND WASTE OIL

A method for the preparation of emulsion oil is provided to improve combustion efficiency of fuel, reduce air-polluting substances substantially, and recycle waste resources by emulsifying a mixture of fuel oil and water with additives having specific physical properties. A method for the preparation of highly efficient and pollution-free emulsion oil by using heavy oil and waste oil comprises adding 0.1 to 1.5 wt.% of additives into the mixture when mixing 50 to 90 wt.% of heavy oil such as bunker C oil, waste oil, waste edible oil, etc. with 50 to 10 wt.% of water to emulsify the mixture, wherein the additives include an emulsifier, a combustible support, and an oxidation accelerator. The emulsifier includes a surfactant and an organic or inorganic alkali agent, the combustible support includes a water-soluble metal salt and an organic amine agent, and the oxidation accelerator includes an inorganic peroxide. Further, the inorganic alkali agent is comprised of NaOH, KOH, Mg(OH)2, Ca(OH)2, Mn(OH)3, Ni(OH)3 and NH4OH.
