An apparatus for constructing a dynamic UI(User Interface) associated with a USIM(Universal Subscriber Identity Module) card, a USIM card and a terminal are provided to construct a UI input environment for executing applet included in the USIM card such that the UI input environment is suited for the characteristic of the applet to provide various input interface environments. An apparatus for constructing a dynamic UI associated with a USIM card includes a USIM card(100), a rendering unit(210), and a controller(220). When a signal for executing a specific stored applet is inputted, the USIM card, which includes an applet storage module(110), a UI information storage module(120) and a USIM control module(130), transmits selection data for execution of the specific applet. The rendering unit renders a UI composed of the selection data transmitted from the USIM card and a user input environment for selecting the selection data. The controller outputs the rendered UI to a display(230) and transmits selection information inputted by a user to the USIM card through the UI.
