A seal material, a resin ring and a seal using the same are provided to improve abrasion resistance and extrusion resistance of a resin ring at high temperature and pressure. A seal material comprises polyamid including nonan-1,9-diamine containing 60~100mol/% of a diamine component and terephthalic acid containing 60~100mol/% of a dicarboxylic acid component. The seal material has compression strength of polyamid of 100MPa or more and load deformation rate of 1.0% or less at 25°C.
